Departure from Santo Domingo, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Chicago, with a flight connection in Europe en route to Rome, Italy. 

Thursday, August 6, 2026 

Arrival at Rome Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO). Transfer to the hotel and preparation for a welcome dinner at the hotel. 

Friday, August 7, 2026 

We begin with a panoramic tour of Rome to appreciate its monuments and gain an overview of the “City of the Seven Hills.” 

We will visit the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, where we will remember the martyrdom of the Apostle Paul, then walk along the Ancient Appian Way, following in the footsteps of Peter and Paul. 

We continue to the Catacombs of St. Sebastian, a testimony to the faith and martyrdom of early Christians. After included lunch, we will visit the Basilica of St. John Lateran and its baptistery, as well as the Holy Stairs, linked to Martin Luther’s spiritual experience. 

Finally, we will visit the Basilica of St. Clement, notable for its early architecture and altar dedicated to Mithra. Dinner at the hotel. 

Saturday, August 8, 2026 

We begin the day visiting the Roman Colosseum, symbol of the Empire, and the Arch of Constantine. 

We continue to Capitoline Hill, the Roman Forum, the Arch of Titus, and the Mamertine Prison, sites that narrate the history of ancient Rome and early Christianity. 

Free time for lunch before entering Vatican City, where we will visit the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and the majestic St. Peter’s Basilica. 

On the return, we will pass by the Monument to Victor Emmanuel and the Palazzo Venezia, understanding how Rome recovered after the wound inflicted by Napoleon. Dinner at the hotel. Those who wish may independently visit the Trevi Fountain in the evening. 

Sunday, August 9, 2026 

Early departure to Florence, a true open-air museum where art and history intertwine in every corner. 

We will visit Piazza del Duomo, admiring Brunelleschi’s dome, Giotto’s Tower, and the Baptistery with its famous “Gates of Paradise.” One hour free for lunch. 

We regroup at Piazza della Signoria, the political and artistic heart of the city. From Piazzale Michelangelo, we enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of Florence. 

The day concludes with a visit to the Adventist College of Villa Aurora before returning to the hotel for dinner and lodging. 

Monday, August 10, 2026 

Visit to the Waldensian Church of Torre Pellice, historic heart of the reform movement in Italy. 

Then we visit an Adventist Church at the College of Barbes, strengthening bonds of shared faith. 

Continuation to Chanforan, an emblematic site in Waldensian history, and visit to the Beckwith School and the Cave Church, symbols of resistance and faithfulness. Dinner and lodging. 

Tuesday, August 11, 2026 

Departure at 7:30 a.m. with luggage. Panoramic drive through the Alps, crossing the Mont Blanc Tunnel, the highest peak in Europe. 

Continuation to Geneva, cradle of the French Reformation under Calvin. Dinner and lodging in Geneva. Evening free to explore the city using the complimentary transportation card provided by the hotel. 

Wednesday, August 12, 2026 

Departure at 8:00 a.m. (no hotel change). Visit to Geneva’s Old Town with its cobblestone streets, St. Pierre Cathedral, and City Hall, birthplace of the League of Nations and the Red Cross. 

Walk along the old walls, theater district, and cultural Place Neuve. The visit concludes at Bastions Park, home of the Reformation Wall. Dinner and lodging in Geneva. 

Thursday, August 13, 2026 

Departure at 7:30 a.m. Today we visit sites related to Jan Hus and Jerome. 

The Hus House in Constance is a museum dedicated to Jan Hus’s life. Its importance lies in offering deep historical insight into his legacy as a key precursor to the Protestant Reformation. 

Hus was imprisoned here before his trial and execution in 1415. The site serves as a powerful reminder of religious freedom and the consequences of challenging authority. Dinner at the hotel in Constance. 

Friday, August 14, 2026 

Departure at 8:00 a.m. to Worms. Though Martin Luther spent only 10 days at the Diet of Worms, his appearance before Emperor Charles V changed the world. 

The thematic tour narrates this historic event and the atmosphere of the city. Among the sites visited: 

            • Heylshof Park 
            • Luther Monument 
            • Cathedral of St. Peter 
            • Holy Trinity Church 
            • “1521 Luther in Worms” exhibition area 
            • Andreasstift Museum 

Saturday, August 15, 2026 

Departure at 8:00 a.m. to Reims. Lunch at a restaurant. 

At 2:00 p.m., visit to Notre Dame Cathedral, where Clovis, King of the Franks, was baptized in 508 A.D. 

Continuation to Paris for dinner and lodging. 

Sunday, August 16, 2026 

Visit to the Montparnasse Tower in Paris. 

Bateaux Parisiens – Seine River Cruise. 

Panoramic city tour including:
